The proposed app would watch physical variants in one existing product-tag group for missing or nonpositive native Shopify weight.
It would show initial findings and quiet notices when an issue appears or the field becomes positive again. It would read product data without changing products.
Know what needs
a positive weight.
Active products with your existing tag, and physical variants requiring shipping. You must know that those variants require positive native Shopify weight.
The field is only
part of shipping.
This would check a Shopify field, not measured weight, dimensions, carrier rates, checkout or shipping readiness. It would not diagnose third-party overrides or default weights.
Groups containing legitimate zero-weight physical variants are unsupported.
